Once
all equipment is installed, verified & tested, the
training phase begins. Customer training includes
the following where applicable.
Structured Media Center (SMC) training enables the
customer to make changes, such as changing phone lines from home to office to fax in seconds.
Remote Control functionality & operation
Whole House Audio/Video functionality
Computer Networking & Internet access
Lighting controls
Security System operation
Troubleshooting training helps identify a subsystem experiencing a problem and determining the
correct service provider needed for resolution.
